Bone-In Ribeye or incredible KC Style Tenderloin
Start out with cowboy style flatbread and jalapeno poppers, then rustle up a bone-in ribeye for the hungry, or a nice filet mignon or steak salad on the lighter side. Our KC Style Tenderloin is unique, and once you've had it, you'll ask for it again and again.

Chicken fried steak, burgers, and salads are also a big part of our menu. Don't forget to ask for the special chipotle salad dressing if you like it spicy, or rich bleu cheese for classic flavors. See our menu page and you'll see we have something for everyone.

Texas Setting
Our restaurant includes unique decor - antique saddles, rifles, original western art and more, and since we are on the grounds of the Tejas Rodeo Company we are surrounded by green pastures and blue skies.

After Dinner
Consider heading next door to Tejas Rodeo Company, a professional rodeo facility that hosts various rodeo events throughout the week and puts on a full open-pro rodeo every Saturday night (March through November). There's also live music on most Thursdays through Sundays, and when there is music, there is usually dancing - one of the few family friendly dance floors in the region.

Our 2012 Pro Rodeo Season will kick off on Saturday, March 3, 2012.

Our popular weekly rodeo includes bull riding, barrel racing, mutton bustin' and more!! And after the rodeo, there's always great live music from some terrific bands.


During Rodeo Season from March - November the grounds open at 5 pm, grab a picnic table under our covered pavillion and enjoy great BBQ and Steaks from our outdoor Tejas Rodeo smokehouse or step inside our new Tejas Steakhouse and Saloon for a sit down dinner before the rodeo. The rodeo starts promptly at 7:30 pm, kicked off by the colorful Cibolo Rough Riders flag team. After the rodeo, dance to live music.
