Come see San Antonios best bartenders battle head-to-head in this fast paced competition of style and skill! Bartenders will have just 15 minutes to make 5 different drinks for 3 different judges.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS!!!
Each round of competition will follow this schedule:
- 00:00 05:00 Introduction of competitors
- 05:00 10:00 Choose ingredients from ingredient table
- 10:00 25:00 15 drinks in 15 minutes
- 25:00 40:00 Talk with judges

There will be 4-5 rounds per night, depending on the number of competitors.

Winners will be announced at the end of the show, at 11:30pm.

Each bartender will only compete once per night.

Two bartenders will battle head-to-head in 15 minute rounds.

Each contestant must create 3 servings (one for each judge) of 5 different drinks, including:
- 1 frozen
- 1 shot
- 1 cocktail with ice
- 1 using the sponsor beverage
- 1 of their choice
* The required drink list is subject to change based on sponsorships.

All ingredients will be provided.

NO OUTSIDE INGREDIENTS ARE ALLOWED!

A "secret ingredient" will be announced for each round that must be used in atleast one drink.

A panel of three judges will assess the bartenders'
- speed
- accuracy
- originality
- quality of the prepared drinks
- crowd reaction.

Judges will change each round.

Bartenders are allowed to bring 1 assistant to help during the competition.

Bartenders are allowed to use recipe books but they will not be provided by the competition.

Bartenders may bring their own barware, glasses and cutlery.

NO PRE CUT CLASSWARE IS ALLOWED!

Bartenders are only required to show up on the nights they are competing.
