  The tour guide Robert Hernandez was not engaging with the group, he did not hold your attention well with the way he attempted to tell the stories. Robert attempts to bring a bang at the end of the tour by telling the group to focus on a specific window of an office building. Everyone seems to see something appear and dissapear, the same again and again. A lady in our group stated what it could be then Robert immidiately states the same as the lady, as though he had not thought that in the first place. Everyone could tell he was rushing the ending when everyone figured out the scheme. Not worth $15 per adult and 2 hours of walking and boredom. I cannot believe he is actually associated with T.A.P.S and Ghost Hunters Intl.
