11/06/2011 - Iron Bartender Live Competitions
It�s time for the next Iron Bartender Live Competition in San Antonio. Bartenders are chosen based on their creativity, gourmet design and qualities of a master mixoligist. The bartenders represent some of the most premier bars in the area and collectively have spent hundreds of hours behind the bar inventing and experimenting with flavors.
Bartenders will have 15 minutes to make 15 drinks. In each match, the bartenders will make the following drinks for 3 different judges. ALL drinks are to be made with a secret liquor.
- 1 frozen drink
- 1 shot
- 1 cocktail w/ ice drink
- 1 martini
- 1 Red Bull mixture
Bartenders will be judged on speed, accuracy, originality.
We encourage excitement and great drinks.

Nov 6, 2011 - Prelim / 10pm
Nov 13, 2011 - Prelim / 10pm
Nov 20, 2011 - Semi-Final / 11:30 pm
Nov 27, 2011 - Final / 11:30 pm
