Rita's On The River is a Tex-Mex restaurant on the Riverwalk known for the Texas-sized Margaritas, ice cold beer and delicious, sizzling fajitas with Texas-sized portions and beautiful Riverwalk views!

Salsalito Cantina has always been about providing the best dining experience and the highest quality service to all who walk through our doors. We are striving to create new and unique Mexican cuisine that meets our high standards. 

The restaurant and patio are built under a canopy of huge Texas Oaks that beckons you to enjoy the night. Tables are candlelit and the native rock walls and pine-wood floor "creaks" of romance. The adjacent meadow home of the historic Treaty Tree abounds with deer most evenings. Owner Lou Baeten, together with our knowledgable staff, has maintained many of the traditional dishes while adding new "favorites" --such as the buttermilk-marinated fried Texas Oysters and the chorizo-stuffed Bandera Quail. Organic herbs from our garden are used whenever possible. The kitchen is lead by head chef Lionel Blache and his innovative Southern US style cuisine.

Chianti to Canvas is our family-owned business. After participating in several "sip and paint" type classes, we were hooked. With a lifetime interest in the arts and plenty of research, we set out to establish a definitive local arts and entertainment studio with a strong focus on community charities.  We offer weekly "sip and paint type classes" as well as date night drop-ins, private parties, corporate training, team building, and charitable functions.
